I expressed my angst and my ignorance of the situation with her. Teresa was very calming and patient with me and took the time to explain the process to me with a suggestion of how to proceed in a way that helped calm me. I know this may seem insignificant to whoever is reading this, but I would not take the time to write this if it wasn’t significant to me. I was alone and felt overwhelmed and fear of anxiety.
